Abstract

The main subjects of the labor market, which is considered an important area of the economic, socio-political life of the society, are the participants in the labor market, and the effective functioning of the market directly depends on the potential of the members of the labor market. Work is highly valued by productive and qualified personnel. The article presents ideas on increasing the competitiveness of the labor force in the labor market.
