Maqolada ayrim empirik usullar yordamida tetrasiklinning ayrim geometrik va energetik parametrlarini nazariy o’rganish natijalari keltirilgan. Bunda Avogadro dasturidan foydalanilgan va unda mavjud bo’lgan emprik usullar yordamida umumiy energiyani hamda uning tarkibiy qismlarini topish, real va ideal bog’lar orasidagi farqlarni o’rganilgan.
