Abstract

Biz kofeni turlarini o’rganishda ularning hushbo’yligi hamda tayyorlash jarayonida alohida etibor berishligini aniqladik. Biz o’rganilga 10ga yaqin kofe turlarida menerallar va aktiv modalarning me’yori birmuncha kafeyin miqdori me’yoridan ko’p ekanligi aniqlandi. Lekin bu yevropa va AQSH davlatlari uchun bu me’yor xisoblanishi aniqlandi.
