Jigarning noalkogol yog‘ kasalligini davolashda diyetoterapiya va jismoniy faollikning ahamiyati

Markaziy Osiyo va MDH davlatlarida hamda rivojlangan davlatlarda jigarning noalkogol yog‘ xastaligi (JNYoX) mehnatga layoqatli katta yoshdagi aholining kasallanishi va o‘limiga jiddiy hissa qo‘shadigan xastaliklardan biri hisoblanadi. JNYoX ni davolashda yetakchi rolni turmush tarzini o‘zgartirish, birinchi navbatda ovqatlanish madaniyatini o‘zgartirgan holda tana vaznining izchil va asta-sekin yo‘qotish, shuningdek uni saqlab qolish o‘ynaydi, chunki bularsiz ushbu xastalikni faqat farmakologik vositalar bilan korrektsiya qilishning samaradorligi pasayadi. Ovqat ratsionining sifat va miqdoriy tarkibi, jismoniy faollik darajasi va eng muhimi, turmush tarzini o‘zgartirish bo‘yicha barcha chora-tadbirlarning muntazamligi JNYoX bilan og‘rigan bemorlarni muvaffaqiyatli boshqarishning kalitidir. Ushbu maqolada jahonning yetakchi tadqoqot markazlari tomonidan tadbiq etilgan va tavsiya etilgan ovqatlanishni o‘zgartirishga oid parhezlar va jismoniy faollikka doir masalalar bayon etilgan.
